I cannot honestly judge the obverse from these pics. I know it's difficult to get a good shot of a toned surface.

Better photos...yes this coin is not a sharp strike but I think you will be surprised what it was graded!

I think they may have graded it MS64 even though its a very weak strike. I would grade it MS63 due to that and the uneven toning
