Raw Coin (the packet said it was a 1921-D but I was unable to see the "D" mint mark.)

That's probably because there are no 1921-D Peace dollars.

with 45, although I wouldn't be surprised to see this come back in a 50 from the TPG's.

45 here too. These high-relief coins don't come with great strikes, so it can be tough to differentiate between wear and weak strike. I actually think this coin has low AU details but the heavy, dark toning will pull it down another grade.
