While I have a difficult time viewing the 2/1 overdate, it is easy to view the reverse clashing over the date..
Still a nice coin...

This appears to be an O-103. Going by the pics provided by the link you can see the reverse PUP of a dot under the U in UNITED and 2 dots under the I in AMERICA. So, sorry not a 12/1.
