I look at the high spots and the only one with any wear looks to be over the ear but from what u have been reading that is usually from a not to full strike because of the shear size of this coin?

What makes you say cleaned. I don't see any hairline scratches? Running together in any direction? I'm on my phone but here is regular lighting.

The lack of luster and hazing = dipped, probably not mechanically cleaned, MS details.

A shame to whoever did this to what would have been a very nice coin.

Has what I call "the look". When people attempt to identify a cleaning, they get too caught up looking hairlines and crap... just step back, look at the coin... does it look right? Does it have natural cartwheel luster? No? How about halo-ing around the devices? The reverse of yours shows it nicely...

Forget about hairlines. Hairlines = harshly cleaned. A coin can still be bodybagged as cleaned without being harshly cleaned.

AU, seems there is the slightest of wear on the high points. And agreed that the color seems not right for an original coin's status. The luster would be different.

Looks to be AU. At least 55 possibly 58. Pictures are small but show no obvious problems.
