1981 D Roosevelt, Full Torch? And Grade Please

The bottom band, though, clearly appears to be split from side to side, and as far as I know...that's the requirement for FT. Grade: Not entirely good with grading...but the number of scratches (both in the fields and on the bust), perhaps a MS-63? Report this Post to the Staff
