I see it panzaldi, but that is literally like the only contact mark.

With the OP's photos, the contact/bag marks cannot be seen and there should be some. Also there should be some evidence of luster scuff in the fields or on the face, as even 65's and 66's will exhibit them. The face has a grayness and roughness to it that should not be on a higher grade Morgan but is common on an AU Morgan.

My concern is the lack of luster or so the photos show. Possibly dipped? I don't know but those fields are ultra clean.
If the coin has full cartwheel luster, easy MS65+ with a shot at 66.

That's over MS64 FMV and under MS65 FMV. I take it the buyer is confident it's an MS64+ with a shot at 65.
