Quote: BTW on Wizard coin cart, there's an shipping option: "International - Will Quote - 5-10 days - $0.00" It means you tell them where it is going and they will get back with you and tell you what it will cost to ship it there.

Quote: Why would Dansco want to quit such a popular item. That is a question without an acceptable answer. Supposedly the current owners do not think that the coin album business is that important. I have speculated that they would rather concentrate on album and binder manufacturing (especially for corporate clients) over marketing and design (for consumer products). With that I have suggested that Whitman buy the rights, handle the marketing and design, and contract the actual manufacturing to Dansco.

I'd be interested in seeing some of your Latvia silver pics... My great grandparents moved from Latvia to US in 1800's and I've been thinking of adding some of these to a collection/project that I've been thinking about starting.
In terms of 20th century albums. I recently started the 7070 and am enjoying it so far. I previously had the Whitman 20th century (I'd send it to you, but I think shipping would cost me more than I paid for it) and I really liked it bc it wasn't too hard to fill most holes at reasonable cost. The 7070 has much more expensive holes to fill.

Yes, I really like them :) I did find out it's super hard to get any of whitman, littleton etc. albums in this part of the world. Either the postage is super high or items do not ship here. The book store I mentioned earlier can't help me either. Some whitman 20th century albums on german or italian ebay are selling for about 100 € (empty). I guess I'll have to keep my eye on them at coin show in a few months ...

That's an Edgar Marcus 20th century US type coin frame. Please note that for the above photo, I set the holder into the frame backwards to avoid shooting through the glass and dealing with reflections. The front of the oak frame looks much nicer. I think you can get it at various places. If I remember correctly, I bought it from Jake's Coins. This photo is not mine, it's from an ad I found online.

This is a similar set I picked up on ebay for my son a few years ago: Strangely, though, it does not include the Barber half dollar.

No Barber half as mentioned. More puzzling is the no Eisenhower dollar, but it has the Susan B. Anthony. Weird. Mine also has the a State Quarter and Sacagawea. Yours has a zinc Lincoln which mine doesn't. I can live without a Zincoln, but I want my Barber and Ike. If you have a Bicentennial Kennedy, you gotta have a couple of Ikes too.

Batboy, the one you posted has two Eisenhower dollars in the lower right. The one has them on the top left and top right.
