The closest match I could find on Coppercoins is 1944P-1DO-017 but the markers don't appear to be there. I also checked Wexler's with no luck. The eye lid looks doubled to me... appreciate any feedback

This does look like a nicer one than the coppercoins listing. So I'm thinking this is a different die. A real keeper.

The CONECA E-Disk shows one that maybe that die:
1944 DDO-010, 10-O-IV+VIII
Stage A: Several circular die scratches around rim - EDS Reverse is EDS
Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed)
Stage C: Die scratches on Obverse almost worn away - LMDS Reverse is LMDS
Stage D: LDS (unconfirmed)

There was a mark in the top loop of the 9 in one of the images.

Excellent double eyelid example. Most I find are barely visible.
