I was looking thru some banknotes & noticed the different iterations of Queen Elizabeth from the various Commonwealth countries. Being from Canada, I'm most used to our profiles which changes every few decades as our monarch aged. For comparison, here's a 1973 Canadian dollar bill, these bills were the last good reverses showing Canadiana before the stupid birds. No dollar for us anymore since we went to the Loonie.

A few pages back is an Australian dollar bill, here's the front:

For comparison, here's a 1974 Fiji dollar bill. Similiar style of dress but the Queen is looking away instead of out.

This 1965 East Caribbean Currency Authority dollar bill also used the same profile of the Queen as the Fiji bill. They also used a profile of her wearing her crown in the watermark.

Here's a grab bag of examples from all over the World, first up a 1981 Yugoslavia 1000 Dinara note featuring a agriculture/harvest theme with a woman in the foreground in front of a combine harvesting in the field.

This is a 1977 Denmark 10 Kroner note. From Numista, a description:

The 10-krone banknote was issued on 8 April 1975 and has been withdrawn since 11 March 1980, when it was replaced by a coin. The portrait on the face of the banknote is of Cathrine Sophie Kirchhoff, nee Christensen, who was married to Johan Henrik Kirchhoff, Councillor of State. The portrait was painted in 1768 by Jens Juel (1745-1802). The original painting is in the collection of the Museum of National History at Frederiksborg Castle. The eider on the reverse was reproduced from a 1909 watercolour, "Queen eider", by the painter and graphic artist Johannes Larsen (1867-1961).
The Note has a security tread. In Prefix A0-A4 it is black, and A4 to B8 it is light. So A4 exist with both a black and a light security tread.
The signature to right is always "Valeur"(Chef for Seddelfaget/"Head af Notes") the signature to the left is from one of the 3 Govenors af the National Bank.

Nice 1972 Columbian 2 Pesos Oro with an interesting story featuring Policarpa Salavarrieta. Description from Numista:

Policarpa Salavarrieta, also known as "La Pola", was a Neogranadine seamstress who spied for the Revolutionary Forces during the Spanish Reconquista of the Viceroyalty of New Granada. She was captured by Spanish Royalists and ultimately executed for high treason.
