It looks like it was mounted to a pin at one time. Looks to be some type of art medal, maybe for some art expo? Any help is much appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

nss-52 Moderator United States 54284 Posts	Posted 01/18/2016 06:51 am I am not that good at French, but guessing Colony of Sigilles with live vendors an address (96 rue de la Glaciere - which appears to currently be a large apartment building) Organization of Art for everyone ----- It looks like a badge or pin, perhaps worn by artists to advertise. If the pin broke off, the badge got lost, someone found it, and the rest is history.
