Help: 1954 2$ Replacement Note: Non Matching Serial Number

Cannon1979 New Member Canada 10 Posts	Posted 01/21/2016 07:09 am I was going through on-line auctions, viewing bills and came across one that appears to have unmatching serial numbers (so of course I bought it)...
