One of my old dump banks use to have a very nice teller named Nick, always enjoyed talking to him about the hobby. My grandmother was a bank teller for 23 years in a small-town farming community. Even in a small-town farming community she managed to accumulate a fair number of silver coins during her career. She earned very little money by the hour, and her pension was only about $100/month when she retired. Being a bank teller is not a lucrative position. I'm guessing your teller position is also not very lucrative "by the hour". Enjoy your occasional silver finds! Report this Post to the Staff

Imthealphaomega Pillar of the Community United States 3210 Posts	Posted 02/11/2016 10:32 pm I too find on occasion silver from hand wrapped rolls I found 9 silver dimes in one roll last week customer wrapped.
