FR, that certainly seems to be a match, albeit from what I can see the Moesia motif was also employed on other emperors' issues.

In trying to translate the "P M S COL VIM" reverse legend, I'm only getting so far as possibly "Pontifex Maximus"....

I am unsure of the PMS reading
(Although Pontifex Maximus is not relevant here)
COL VIM reads Colonia Viminacium.
Veterans colonies were established in many parts of the empire. The Roman army had a retirement plan that basically gave you "40 acres and a mule" as well as a monthly pension payment.
Presumably in the type of coin you have.
