Picked these up for £4. I'm not a collector , however I decided to bid on these as I think they were a bargain. What are your opinions on these?

You're very lucky that I didn't spot them first John. As a rule of thumb, the non British coins will sell at a higher price. Your one peseta coin is probably £7-9 on its own, particularly as the engraved side has not been erased.

I have always thought that the young Wilhelmena portrait to be charming just like the 'teenage girl next door'.

Appropriate for a 'young love' token.

My wife, 'the only love of my life' was just 17 when I first fell in love with her.

I was expecting the usual hammered "S" bent coins but these are more personal to someone's love.I especially like the Vicky initials.They are almost exactly the way that I signed my reversed initials on love notes 50 yrs. ago.
