I just opened a obw roll of 1995 p pennies well as I was searching a few felt different, one side f the coin felt thicker than the other side, like the machine did not stamp one side down as hard as the other side of the coin kind of like a door stop but not as dramatic, you can tell when you hold it it feels different, I will post pictures later just curious enough if it's worth my time to investigate.

Would have to see it . But to let you know the obverse takes most of the fill metal and the reverse gets short changed sometimes. Get it , shortchanged . :/

So, is it worth anything? I've got a 1968d that is cupped on the obverse and like you said, shortchanged on the reverse.

Post pics of the obverse & reverse....

Everybody will need to literally "see" it first to give opinions and estimates.
