Is there something in particular you are seeing on the coin? In this condition unless I'm missin somethin usually worth 2 to 3 CENTS. Report this Post to the Staff

I wasn't sure myself when I look it up Lincoln himself fits description of a double dyed but I don't see much on letters and year possibly on the last last five so just was seeing if anyone else had opion onit. Unfortunately it isn't and with the condition if it was one of the minor ones it still wouldn't be worth but a couple bucks. I keep all my wheat pennies anyways. And just for future information it would be called doubled die. The die is what is used to make the coin and it being doubled is what makes the error. Report this Post to the Staff

I do retail and see different coins all the time especially with the travelers. I have a good verity of wheat pennies to just old pennies that I've saved, along with 2 dollar bills, also a 1 dollar bill that appears to maybe have a letter higher/smaller in serial number but then again I'm not expert so I could be way off!
