I got these to roll hunt, and low and behold, two boxes of bright and shiny 2007D dimes. Any suggestions on what I could possibly do w/ these besides dump them? Is there a premium out for these yet? Man, I had planned a couple hours of hunting tonight, hoping for silver. :( Thanks for any suggestions.

If there were a premium out for 2007D dimes, I'd be rich. I don't think there's much you can do besides check for errors and dump them.

Dang. Well, I'm not much of an error hunter :( I just hate to go back to the bank and ask if I can possibly trade them for boxes that appear to be circulated. They've been ordering coins for me for a while now so I don't want to ruin my relationship. Is that a bad idea?

Never take your coins back to the same bank. Take them to your dump bank. If it were me I'd also save a couple rolls. They'll probably be worth something one day.

Dam, well, I guess i'll start searching for errors then :( I hate unwrapping 100 rolls knowing I'm not going to get any silver :(

Well its the banks job to take your legal tender. What kind of a bank would it be that doesn't accept deposits just because of the form its in?

Searching 100 rolls of dimes for errors - is it REALLY worth it? I hope you have good eyes!

I'd say call it a bust and get new rolls.

yeah, I sped through one box to dump in the counter tomorrow....while I'm there, I'm basically going to beg to trade my new ones for a box of hopefully circulated ones...we shall see what happens. The lady is very nice to me at this bank and always asks how I'm getting all these coins in a nice way so I'm guessing she might cooperate. I was cross-eyed after about 3 rolls :)
