Sudz Pillar of the Community United States 1572 Posts	Posted 03/19/2016 11:19 pm I'm betting that that is a 1936-P Lincoln Cent. If so it is a fairly well known variety known as the "Broken R" cent. BJ Neff Pillar of the Community United States 526 Posts	Posted 03/20/2016 08:29 am There are three varieties to this broken hub. The R has a missing leg which meant that it was hubbed twice with the broken hub. The R has a faint leg; hubbed once with the broken hub and once with another hub that does not have this defect.
