Are These Rolls From A Machine Or Did Someone Wrap Them

xd99xd Valued Member Canada 174 Posts	Posted 03/30/2016 10:10 pm Thanks, I'm still really confused as I thought it is nearly impossible to find anything in in machine wrapped but I found that 63 along with a couple of British 5c, could it be bank handed those wrappers out?
