Just a quick question are these from a roll machine I was really close not to open them but then this poped out and would acetone help it

Probably machine wrapped.

Highly unlikely that acetone will touch that black flat crust.

First , congrats in finding silver . this is what you can easily find in U.S. dealers junk boxes for slightly over melt . go ahead and try the acetone . If it dissolves the crud ,put it in your collection . If not, throw it in YOUR junk box .

Thanks, I'm still really confused as I thought it is nearly impossible to find anything in in machine wrapped but I found that 63 along with a couple of British 5c, could it be bank handed those wrappers out?

those are not machine wrapped, I find those all the time and all customer wrapped.
