"Smoking gun" pickups are the Leaf 9 stem configuration, and the State 5 rust pit inside the beads from Leaf 14, both definitive for E10. I'm ambivalent about the specific die state, though, as State 5 indicated the clashing is worn away and this one is pretty extensively clashed on both faces. More like State 6, except the crack at Leaf 4 has not yet appeared.
