A rather difficult vanilla early die state. From the photos provided, by best SWAG is 32b2 / E34.

I agree. Obverse die cracks I of GRATIA and N of CANADA. Obverse 32b.
On reverse the 9 is slightly low indicating E34 and not E34a which has the 9 higher.

Haxby PC59-32b2 seems likely. DC to I of Gratia is die defining for Obverse 32b. Obviously not a "g" reverse. N on reverse does not look repunched. Fun game. Jim and myself talked about something like this with points for first correct and best attribution comments with occasional prizes for highest score. Got too busy to follow thru.
It would be nice if others would post best shots of their example. Eventually we might post submitted photos on Haxby site so others could see several examples of each die. Again time now is tight... Ed

Obverse state 4.
Reverse ? inconclusive...possibly state 2, 3 or 4.
Scratches abound and from the photo, what appears as a forehead clash could actually be nothing but a scratch. This needs to be studied in hand and at various angles under good lighting. Likewise, some spots are discernible betwixt leaf 14 and the vine which are in the proximity of where the Die-Crack is supposed to be. Is this nothing, or the genesis of the crack. Again this needs to be studied with coin in hand.

I concur with Phil310.
Absent closer inspection, obverse state 5 / reverse state 2.
VG 10.

Yes, PC59-171 (17 + E19). Nice reverse die cracks on leaves 11 and 16. I never get tired of looking at 1859's and trying to attribute them. Your photos are a lot better than most of the ones we have to deal with on ebay.
