I believe this is a proof. I have never seen one before, but it has mirror like flat areas and a frosted figure. The coin has very straight edges. It is MM 2009 S. The reverse is the lincoln Formative Years design.

Sure looks like a Proof. Weigh it, should be 3.1g. I believe the 2009s were on copper planchet.
