Hey guys, came across this beauty at one of the local shops over the weekend. Does this look like a high 9 or a low 9? And any guesses on grade? I thought maybe it's a low MS red/brown, but Canada grading is a little more tougher than US coin grading. Thank you everyone!

Low 9. Mint State, but I'll leave someone else to put a number on it.

Looks AU to me with the flatness of the ear and moustache and all the little dings/roughness around the rim, especially bottom of the obverse.
