Ok, my CC Live! button is not updating properly. I go in and delete all the posts listed, hit refresh on the CC pulldown, and it immediately goes right back to the same # of unread posts I had before I deleted them the first time.

I've been having this issue from the beginning. I'm running Vista with IE7.0.600

Any suggestions?

Must be a Vista thing, my IE7 with XP works fine.

If anyone else is seeing this issue please post here, in the meantime I'll check on this from the Vista angle.

OK, click on the CC pulldown on the left, then click "about", current version for IE is 4.5.178.0, if you have less than that just re-download. The issue should be fixed in the new version.

Just downloaded and installed. deleted all the entries under each CC Live! category except brand new topics. clicked refresh toolbar, count came right back to where it was before I deleted the posts. I'm now running 4.5.178.0

Looks like the upgrade didn't work.

I'll have to check further then, others had the problem solved with the upgrade. Will let you know.

This is kind of weird. I went ahead and downloaded the new version of the toolbar again, closed all my browser windows and reinstalled the toolbar. Now, since I deleted the items under CC Live!, the display only shows [0]. I have refreshed from the CC pulldown AND from the individual categories in CC Live!.

I think I broke it....

No, it could be working correctly now. Give it some time and see if they start filling up again.
