1944 D, Possibly A Doubled Die Obverse / DDO

I have several rolls of 44's and I was using variety vista as a visual guide from the images. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/07/2016 9:52 pm Have you noted the different locations for the mint marks on these DDO's. That is my first clue to ID'n these. With out the mint marks, it is a lot harder. You have to go on the differences between the hubbing of the dies in question. But the arrows you are pointing to are all areas where the normal coin was damaged and now looks like the is something there when there really isn't.
