This coin is similar in design to Austria-Netherlands coins. It unfortunately appears to be a copy based on look and by the addition of the small text punched into the fields of the lower reverse. I've been suspicious that it's a copy because those round bumps near the edge are 100% made in a factory. Thanks guys appreciate it. If anyone knows it's value as a copy email me or post here. Are you even sure that it is silver and not a silver-colored base metal? As a copy, it has little value. There are a few folk around CCF who buy these things for a dollar or two to keep as examples, but otherwise not much value. On the other hand, if it actually is made from Silver, then there will be the intrinsic value of that metal.
