I see 3 small marks under the first star on the right of the reverse. That's it. Still in the cello but luster is full. Input?

Seriously? I was thinking maybe a 66. 67+ would be amazing!

Thats a nice looking coin and its still in cello and maybe the marks are on the wrapping. You will not know until you open it up. I have some MS68 and one 69 Ikes and this looks similar in comparison but not having it in hand I can only assume. I would say it would not have a problem with either a 66 or 67+ as you have suggested.

Nice I'll have to pull it out of the cello one of these days and have a closer look. The dots under the star are the only major contact marks I can see. Would scuffs or hairlines cause significant downgrading on Ike's? I assume that's all the more I would find if I opened them up
