And then a rupee from Gangasingh Bahadur. On the obverse within circle, his name is there in Devanagari script. Below the line, name is given in PersoArabic script written below the date- AD.1892.As the bottom line is written Maharaj.  |

You have a very nice coin there.
This coin has some specialties.
1. There is an Arabic letter "ain" before the date to indicate that it is AD dating.
2. The obverse design is the same as that of the contemporary unified coinage of British India. This was a privilege enjoyed by very few princely states only. (other eg: Alwar, Dhar, Dewas, Sailana)

BROACH:Broach was an important sea port that now is part of the state of Gujarat. It had been under Maratha and British controls before that. This coin was an issue while under control of British East India Company.

BUNDI:Founded around 1342.AD by Rao Deva, a descendant of Ajmer Kingdom. Later, the state lost territories in the form of two states,one of which was Jhalawar. Afer independence, Bundi became part of the state of Rajastan
