Well hang in there the experts will probably chime in tomorrow - I didn't see a pic of the EPU you might want to add that in along with a full picture of the reverse of the cent.
On STATE OF you can see the flat shelf like doubling that is caused from machine damage after the strike. Note it reduces the size of the overall devices. Other wise a normal coin in an earlier die state. No flow lines so if it were a variety, it would have been a better coin because of die state. But just a normal coin with MD.
The devices are normal sized. So if anything is going on, it is a milder form of MD. Because of the looseness of the dies, it maybe extreme on one area and minimal on another area. On hub doubling it is enlarged. This is normal sized, just reduced more in certain areas with MD.
