I got this coin today at the Swap Meet. I would like some help in identifying what period it comes from. Thank you for the help and here are pics. If more pics are needed please ask and I will post them. I also believe it maybe an H58.

I was examining this coin more closely and saw there was a blob of metal covering the "A" in "CLEMENTIA". There is also a blob covering half of one of the stars and a small die crack from the star to one of the designs on the edge of the coin I am hoping this will help with the identification of when this coin was made. Here are pics of the blob. Thanks!
