You are correct it is a MAD coin. But it is not offset enough to be a collectable. On the ones where the devices fall over the edge, those are the ones to save. Another help to see it if it collectable, is that the opposite should show weakness opposite the side with the widest rim. Something like this: Note how the hammer die is offset thus breaking that die to be out of alignment and the anvil die to be normal? Also note the weakened area because of the miss alignment of the strike.
