To me it is unclear as to whether it's a true WAM bc it's Nora's wide as my 98's & 00 WAMs.
Plusthe FG is too far away from the steps.

Thoughts?

That is a normal close 'AM' for that year. On the wide 'AM' the 'M' is centered between the 'AME" on AMERICA:
