That image does not show the links. The cells show the display text, but not the actual links. The links are embedded like this... Display TextHowever, I just noticed one of the cells is highlighted and the link is showing in the formula bar. That link is relative to where the spreadsheet is saved. It is looking for a sub-folder ('Dansco 7070 Photos') for the images. If the spreadsheet is no longer in the parent folder, it will not see the sub-folder and the images within. The best solution is to do Search/Replace that will add the full file path from root.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I will try to follow up on all the suggestions. I spent way too much time on that spreadsheet to not try to correct the problem. Ham

On Windows the keyboard shortcut to bring up search/replace is CTRL-H. I hope it would be the same on the Mac.
Looking at your screen capture, the button should be on the far right of the ribbon, just to the right of Sort & Filter, but I do not see it there.

Well, I'm not a Mac user, but according to Microsoft this is how you edit a hyperlink in Excel on a Mac Quote: Edit a hyperlink: 1.Hold down CONTROL, click the hyperlink, and then click Edit Hyperlink. 2.Make the changes that you want, and then click OK. and here's a link that tells you how to do "find and replace" on a Mac.

Quote: Every single linked cell in that spreadsheet shows the actual link. None of them are anchored to text. Maybe we are not looking at the same spreadsheet... You are correct. I did not notice it because the image is not clear (having been resized) and the cell size does allow the full text of the link to show. The end of the link wraps around so it looks like it is just a description.

Ham,
Again, I'm not a MAC user, so I'm not 100% sure about this, but all of the links in your spreadsheet appear to be relative to the location of your spreadsheet. So, the folder "Dansco7070" must be in the same folder as the spreadsheet, i.e., "Dansco7070" must be a subfolder in whatever folder the spreadsheet is in. If it's not, then you'll get the error you're seeing.
Hope this helps.

I agree, that would be the quickest fix, but making the links absolute (from the root of the drive) would ensure it works no matter where you placed the spreadsheet file.

Looking into CoinManage as well now.. looks like it does pretty much everything I need, and may be better/easier then the spreadsheets I am using now to organize things.
