Looks more like an OC2 to me,
but I'm not an expert on Vickies.

After looking closer at the pointers I have to conclude that it is not an Obv 1. Should have done my home work before posting. lol....

forget the chin & nose markers, the length of the bottom sheriff of the "N" in Regina is all you need to look for. Long = OBV1 , Short = OBV2
