Fake, as already noted several times. But I'd keep it if I were you as an example of a counterfeit. Not a great counterfeit, but they are always kinda interesting, or at least I find it so.

Ah, OK, you bought the "box of things" with the fake in it, rather than just "found a box" as stated.

If you decide to keep it, I would keep it in something clearly marked that it is a counterfeit. That way, some day, your heirs won't think they have found a fortune only to be disappointed.
