Numisto Valued Member United States 195 Posts	Posted 08/04/2016 3:05 pm All, I just picked this up in an Italian coin shop. It's a beautiful Design that I thought I'd never actually own. The price was very reasonable for what I thought it was, thought it is still the most expensive single coin I have ever purchased. My thought: first, it's a good story, the Italian coin I bought in Italy. Second, if I'm right, it's a great deal. If I'm wrong, it's worth 75% of what I paid for It. So, maybe win and lose isn't too bad. I will tell what I paid, but please give your opinions. All of this done on a iPhone, so a little brief. Hopefully the photos are good enough. angelo New Member United States 45 Posts	Posted 12/18/2017 11:28 pm You have to weigh this coin as many are fake. Period. If it's not the exact weight then it bad. Italy allows pretty decent fakes as long as they are underweight. Always weigh these type of coins Report this Post to the Staff
Loruca Valued Member Canada 242 Posts	Posted 12/19/2017 10:10 pm AU-58 slight rub on cheek, SPL+ Italian grading. if you bought it for a FDC... nice edges and definitely a real coin. direct daylight pictures a must.
