I found this one in Albany NY about 4 weeks ago and it looks almost untouched.

IMO, spend. Even uncirculated they're worth a quarter each withe bag hits and rolling machine marks they'll have.

You might be able to make a couple bucks per roll on ebay but the fees would probably make it a wash.

Again, that's just my opinion.
