As Pistareen says, this is a N. 15-Y. and a nice coin. Heritage lists 43 specimens sold and is described there as R-2.
I would grade it F12 in terms of detail and would need to have it on-hand to better appreciate the color of the surfaces.
Value-wise between $250 and up to about $375 seems reasonable.
