Moe145 Pillar of the Community United States 8904 Posts	Posted 09/15/2016 7:11 pm This entire collection (so far that I've seen) is a series of loose-leaf type notebook binders that have 4x5 slot PVC sheets that hold 20 2x2 coin holders per page. The PVC has shown itself to be a bad choice as a storage mechanism in a few pages that have a green build-up on some of the coins. The green seems mostly new and seems to be selective in its placement due to the folders's moisture level or the coin's composition. Not a happy thing to find... Report this Post to the Staff
