1941 S Nickel Need Help - Coin Community Forum

penfold_ak New Member Ireland 22 Posts	Posted 08/19/2016 12:58 pm Hi everyone a friend sent over this 1941 nickel to me,he checks his change for old coins and any he finds that he thinks I would like he sends them over to me in Ireland. I'm not 100% sure if this is the large S type. It has afew dings and bangs but still has some steps. If you could help with a grade and possible value also.I quickly took some pictures with my phone. It's worth about $2 and my latest issue of Coins Magazine and the 2017 Red Book. Very nice coin. I've got nine of the Large S variety. Here's an image of seven of them for reference.
