Obverse can be a proof , reverse looks like a business strike . What's your question ?

doesn't look proof to me, and even if it was, definetely not a UCAM from the pics. Looks like MS65 or 66 RD

Not the best pictures and high grade coins are difficult to grade without very clear pics.

MS-66 with a shot at 67.
