Why there is a "rosette" / or "star" on it ?
It is overstruck on KM C 43.1 ?

Its agonal, but It could be 2 kopeks Catherine II 1788, KM C 58.5(weight about 18,36 g / 36,19 - 36,27 mm) but with this star.. strange.

This appears to be a Catherine II 2 kopek overstruck on a 4 kopek from Peter III's reign. Fairly common for the type (especially if I'm reading the date correctly and it's actually 1768).

Do not recognize either of the KM numbers, sorry.
