Update: arthistorian17 received high def images of the San Francisco "Twin Bicentennial" medal a few weeks ago for the publishing project she's working on, which she described in an email:
Quote:
I am an author for a forthcoming book on arts and cultural production around the 1976 United States Revolution Bicentennial that will be published with Yale University Press in 2026. Among the many objects discussed in our book is the Spero Anargyros San Francisco Bicentennial Coin that you shared a photo of on Coin Community.

Ralph Menconi created this memorial medal for Presidential Art Medals, Inc, who commissioned MACO [ MACO # 1965-154 ] to strike it. According to the accompanying flyer, " Mr. Menconi included a view of England's famed Parliament on the 70mm bronze medal's reverse. Replicas of the Great Seal of England and the Great Seal of the United States make reference to Sir Winston's birth to an American mother, his honorary American citizenship bestowed on him by act of Congress in 1963, and his greater role in the history of Great Britain."

MACO # 1952-057, by Wheeler Williams, for the Prudential Insurance Company's Houston, TX, Southwest Hqs building. A fountain in front of the building included the "Wave of Life" sculpture which in turn lead to a commission for the medallion. The building was taken over by the University of Texas' M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital in 1974 and demolished in 2012:

A photo of the fountain sculpture is in the "Other Works" tab at the above link. The full dimensions of the NGC slab are 4.75" W x 6.75 " H; it weighs 16 oz.
