So the coin arrived yesterday. At first I was very happy with it as it has good eye appeal without magnification. Unfortunately there is spotty PVC residue along the outline of the upper half of Liberty's body. It doesn't show in the pictures but the green color is obvious under magnification in hand. I don't think the seller did this intentionally, but with it being borderline details to begin with, I think I'll probably return it. For one thing, if it isn't details now it will be eventually if the PVC acidifies.
