A fairly low grade coin, still valuable in lower conditions, i'd be happy if it graded as VF.. (lucky if its in F cond.) lots of detail remains with friction marks on all high points, words above the date are hard to read even in higher graded coins

I'm in the VG camp, much detail has worn off, and design elements are recognizable only in outline and shape.
