At an ANA convention a few weeks ago, someone distributed a package with an unstruck planchet and a normal Lincoln Cent! Presumably someone else could get access to a quantity!

I used to have a couple of 2009 dated sets that I got at shows. Not sure where they went.

I have been searching pennies for about 6 years up in Canada and I have found about 10, so they are out there.

10 blanks or 10 planchets? Planchets are a lot more available than blanks.

But what the OP has are not unstruck planchets, no upset rims.
