I don't mean to sound anything negative, but am I missing something? A worn medal sold for $200. You could buy an PCGS XF45 on the bay for that much.
Have the prices gone down on these considerably since 2013?

^ There is a small cadre of collectors that collect highly worn examples of coins that are normally not seen so worn, such as NCLTs which barely circulate. The lower the grade for these, the higher the price. What is that AG-3? A PO-1 would probably sell for $400.
