All circulation coins in 2017 will be part of the My Canada, My Inspiration series and will all be special designs. The quarter and toonie will have coloured versions. And it's nice the classic circulation coinage will be available. That is one thing I love about the RCM. They still mint the regular designs while having special designs. This is something I wish the US Mint did. I'd have a nice set of eagle reverse quarters by now instead of those dreaded ATB coins! Report this Post to the Staff
CC-Ottawa Pillar of the Community Canada 3690 Posts	Posted 10/14/2016 3:37 pm There are indications that for 2017 the Mint will produce both the classic 50 cent coat of arms and a special 150th emblem design.
