All the Three legged Buffalo nickels look weird even the ones that are certified. The fourth leg just looks like it has been erased, but that is the way they look. Remember the poster that found one for $50 at a yard sale. I thought it was suspicious but it turned out to be good. It was a nice coin in EF I think. I would not buy a raw coin where I spend more than $100. Some of the certified coins I have seen look fishy. I saw certified MS63 Peace dollar yesterday and my AU coin looked better.
