This Penny seems to have a mint issue in the T in Liberty I seems to have an extra piece. It not only has the top but it also ha a bit of a middle piece sticking out on the right.

Looks like the 'B' on LIBERTY took a hit. Possible die gouge/damagechip on the die as John1 mentioned. But not a mint mark.
